Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Hacon Containers LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “the customer”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms form a legally binding agreement for the purchase, delivery, and use of our shipping containers and related services.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be authorized to make purchases on behalf of yourself or your organization

• Provide accurate billing and delivery information

• Ensure that the delivery site is safe, accessible, and suitable for unloading a shipping container

We reserve the right to decline orders due to safety concerns, site inaccessibility, or limited product availability.

2. Order Confirmation & Invoicing

Once your container selection is confirmed, we will issue an official invoice that includes:

• Product type and condition

• Quantity

• Delivery address and relevant details

• Applicable sales tax

• Total cost (including shipping)

• Bank transfer payment instructions

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and verified.

3. Payment Terms

We currently accept Bank Transfers, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal only. 

• Full payment is required before the order can be processed or shipped

• Orders are not shipped without verified receipt of payment

• We are not responsible for payment delays due to incorrect reference numbers or incomplete transfers

• Payments must be made to the bank details or Credit Card Link listed on your official invoice from @haconcontainersllc.com

• Disregard and report any payment requests from other email domains

4. Delivery Policy

We deliver within the continental United States, using licensed freight carriers.

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation

• Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after processing

• Flat-Rate Shipping Fee: $485 per container (unless otherwise noted)

The delivery site must be accessible for a tilt-bed truck or other agreed delivery method. If delivery fails due to site inaccessibility, additional charges may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible containers. Returns are subject to the terms in our Return Policy.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the container is:

• Returned in clean, original condition

• Approved by our team following written notice

• Found to meet the eligibility for return

Custom-built, clearance, or modified containers may not be eligible for return unless an error was made by Hacon Containers LLC.

6. Container Condition & Inspection

We offer containers in the following conditions:

• New / One-Trip

• Used (Wind & Water Tight)

• Clearance / As-Is

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and photos upon request. By accepting delivery, you agree that the container matches your expectations unless issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied based on your delivery location and applicable state/local tax laws.

• If you are tax-exempt, you must provide a valid exemption certificate before payment

• We cannot refund sales tax after payment has been made

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, photos, and branding on www.haconcontainersllc.com are the property of Hacon Containers LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hacon Containers LLC is not liable for:

• Delays caused by freight carriers, weather, or force majeure

• Indirect or incidental damages from the use or misuse of containers

• Delivery issues caused by site inaccessibility or customer-handled modifications

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the container(s) in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
