At Hacon Containers LLC, we take delivery seriously, because getting your container to you on time, safely, and without confusion is just as important as the container itself.
Whether you’re ordering a single 20ft unit or coordinating a multi-container commercial project, our shipping process is built for efficiency, predictability, and peace of mind.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Remote and rural locations are also serviceable as long as the site is truck-accessible and cleared for container placement.
⚠️ If your site has unpaved roads, steep slopes, restricted access, or special permitting requirements, please inform your sales representative before finalizing your order. We’ll help coordinate a safe and successful delivery.
Flat-Rate Shipping Fee
We charge a flat-rate fee of $480 per container, regardless of delivery location within the continental U.S.
This fee includes:
Route planning and freight coordination
Access to licensed regional transport partners
Direct-to-site delivery
Accurate ETA and tracking from start to finish
💡 If ordering multiple containers, additional delivery charges may apply per unit, unless a consolidated shipment is arranged.
Delivery Timelines
Once your payment is received and confirmed:
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Delivery Window: 3-5 business days after processing
Total Turnaround: Usually 4-7 business days from payment to delivery
You will receive:
A confirmed ETA when your order is dispatched
Real-time updates from your assigned sales rep
A final delivery check-in on the day of arrival
We aim for on-time, first-attempt delivery with clear communication throughout.
If a delay occurs due to weather, routing, or carrier availability, you’ll be notified immediately.
Delivery Method & Equipment
Containers are typically delivered using a tilt-bed truck, which allows for safe ground-level unloading.
If your delivery requires alternative equipment (such as a crane), or if tilt-bed service is not available in your area, this will be discussed during the order process.
Customer responsibilities:
Ensure that the site is safe, accessible, and drivable
Provide a level surface for container placement
Be present during delivery, or assign someone who is
Our team can assist with site prep guidelines to avoid offloading complications.
Commercial & Business Deliveries
For warehouses, job sites, or industrial zones:
Please provide receiving hours, gate codes, and any site access instructions
Let us know if the site requires a scheduled appointment
We can coordinate directly with your on-site team or dispatch contact
We’re experienced in working with commercial locations, even those with complex logistics.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
Inaccessible delivery site
No authorized person on-site
Refused delivery
👉 A re-delivery fee may apply.
To prevent this, we verify all delivery conditions ahead of time and share detailed ETAs so you’re fully prepared.
Ongoing Delivery Support
From the moment your order is placed, your assigned Hacon Containers LLC sales representative will:
Confirm and review your delivery location
Walk you through access and ground prep requirements
Provide real-time updates and ETAs
Ensure successful placement of your container
We do not outsource communication. Your sales rep stays with you until your container is delivered and confirmed.
